    I've spent my entire lunch break waiting on my freaky fast sandwich to arrive. I even called and asked, politely, that my card be refunded. The manager was nice enough to do so and assured me that my sandwich would still be delivered. I have now been waiting an hour for a sandwich from a shop that is merely a mile away. This isn't the first time it's happened, and I should have learned my lesson the last time.
