  Looks as if they have a good variety of menu options, but we will not return. Only had drinks. Waited at length to be seated while at least 4 employees passed by the front waiting area, trying to escape eye contact. Finally when they could no longer avoid us, we were seated outside, in the shade, on a lovely day. We heard pleasant conversation between what appeared to be regular guests and another waitress... So this was looking more encouraging! As we were seated, we made a point to state we wouldn't take much space/time as we only were going to have drinks. When our server encountered us we were immediately greeted as an interruption. My perception... But quite unfriendly. Attempting friendly interaction, we received a snarky and cold response, served our drinks in a timely, manor and presented our bill in a timely manor also. Maybe just a bad day for our server but not willing to give it another try. Disappointing...

  Excellent restaurant! Husband and I were traveling thru the area on a short get a away and wanted a place on the water. The Edgewater Grill was a great choice. My husband had the catfish dinner that was very good. I had the salmon that was excellent.The portions were large and we did not go away hungry. Waitress was very attentive even though they were busy. Wish it was closer to our hometown in Southcentral Indiana.

  I have been to some pretty awful restaurants but this one by far was the worst. My mom and I heard if this place from a friend who lives in Evansville so we decided to check it out. When we got there we stood waiting to be seated for a good 10 minutes while several staff walked by ignoring us. Finally some one came to seat us and we requested to sit outside since that was the whole point of going to this restaurant. However, the woman was extremely rude about it for some reason? After about 15 minutes without being served at all my mom was ready to leave. The restaurant was almost empty and I could see the staff walking by the window and trying not to make eye contact with me. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting without even a drink we decided to just leave. The person who sat us was cleaning up a table near the door to the balcony and she looked up as she SAW us leave and completely ignored it! Ridiculous! I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who actually likes to served. Going here was a waste of time!
